80 applications for entrance exam in Sanchi University, 12 percent foreign students
Now foreign students have also shown great interest for PhD from Sanchi Buddhist-Indian Knowledge Studies University. So far, about 80 applications have been received in the university for the entrance examination, out of which 12% have been applied by students from other countries. Five of these applications have been submitted from Sri Lanka, two from Myanmar and one from Sweden, one from Vietnam and New Zealand. On the other hand, the last date for submission of entrance examination form for university PhD has also increased again, which is expected to increase the number of foreign students. Vice Chancellor Neerja A Gupta said that a part-time PhD with regulars has been arranged. This will provide relief to many researchers. The university has given the examination fees of SC-ST and differently abled students to 1200. Apart from them, 1500 fees have been fixed for all classes. The university has increased the fees of foreign students by 66 percent. NRI students have to pay 2250 fees for appearing in the entrance examination.
Now you can apply till 30 April
The university has again increased the deadline for submission of entrance examination forms to April 30. That is, now students will be able to apply by April 30. Earlier, the last date was set to be 26 April and the list of eligible candidates was to be released on 28 April. However, after the date is extended, the list of candidates will be released on May 3.
